摘要
本文使用菜籽油在一定条件下制备热固性树脂,并使用红外光谱对共聚物进行表征,利用热失重和动态力学分析表征热固性树脂的性能。结果表明,苯乙烯的质量分数影响着共聚物的性能:随着苯乙烯质量分数的增加,该树脂热稳定性随之增加,而存储模量和交联密度分别增加的减小。
We use rapeseed-oil to synthesize thermosetting resins under certain conditions, and use the infrared spectra to characterize the polymer, and the properties of the polymer were characterized using TGA and dynamic mechanical analysis. The results show the impact of the mass fraction of styrene to the polymers: With the increase of styrene concentration, thermal stability of the resin increase, while the storage modulus and crosslink density decrease respectively.
