Study on Static Electricity High-voltage Power Supply for HF Inverter

本文以能量法为基础 ,分析高频逆变型电容倍压的高压电源基本工作原理。采用高频逆变技术及高频变压器特殊设计 ,实现的静电高压电源具有体积小 。

This paper analyzes working principle of high-votage power supply of multiple voltage on capacitor for HF inverter on the base of energy method. A static electricity high-voltage power supply is finished by the technique of inverse converter for HF and special design of transformer for HF. Thus it has the advantages of small volume and light weight.
