阿尔茨海默病相关基因研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)主要累及前脑、基底节区、海马和大脑皮质,以神经元丧失、突触功能障碍、细胞外β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)沉积为核心的老年斑(SP)或神经炎斑(NP)形成、神经元胞浆内出现神经纤维缠结(NFT)和脑血管淀粉样血管病为特征。以65岁为界,AD可分为早发性AD(EOAD)和晚发性AD(LOAD),其中LOAD大约占94%;依据其是否与家族发病有关,划分为家族性AD(FAD)和散发性AD(SAD)。在EOAD中以FAD居多,在LOAD中则以SAD为主。
