红曲霉-中药复合制剂对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋常规品质的影响 被引量:11

摘要 以基础日粮为对照,向海兰褐蛋鸡日粮中添加0.5%和1%红曲霉-中药复合制剂,测定、分析蛋鸡的生产性能及与蛋常规品质的相关指标。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组明显缓解海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能的下降趋势,可以稳定和改善鸡蛋的各项常规指标,显著增强蛋壳厚度,加深蛋壳红色度(CIE a*),降低蛋黄红色度(CIE b*),红曲霉-中药复合制剂的最适添加量为0.5%。 The experiment with basic diet for comparison, added 0.5%, 1% Monascus traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation to the basic diet which feed the Hyline Brown laying hens. Measured and analyzed indexes related to production performance of laying hens and eggs conventional quality. The results showed that compared with control group, experimental groups significantly alleviated production performance decreasing, could stabilize and improve eggs conventional indexes, significantly increase the thickness of eggshell, deepen eggshell CIE a* , reduce the yolk CIE a* . The most suitable additive amount for Monascus traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation is 0.5%.
