摘要
为了研究红参多糖对免疫抑制模型小鼠免疫功能的调节作用,对40只雄性小鼠,随机分为空白对照组、免疫抑制模型组和RJPE高、低剂量组,并腹腔注射100mg/kg环磷酰胺3次,建立小鼠免疫功能低下模型,灌胃RJPE连续14d,测定白细胞数、脾淋巴细胞增殖能力及NK细胞活性。体外试验采用ELISA法测定脾细胞分泌白介素-2(IL-2)的能力。结果表明,100,200mg/kg RJPE可提高免疫抑制模型小鼠的白细胞数(P<0.01)和脾脏T,B淋巴细胞增值能力(P<0.05或P<0.01),200mg/kg的RJPE可提高免疫抑制模型小鼠NK细胞的活性(P<0.01)。20~60μg/mL红参多糖在体外试验中可提高小鼠血清中白介素-2(IL-2)的分泌(P<0.01)。因此,RJPE对免疫抑制模型小鼠具有增强免疫功能的作用。
To investigate immunomodulatory effect of Red Ginseng Polysaccharide Extract(RJPE) in mice, 40 mail mice were randomly divided into normal control group, immunosuppressive model group, and two groups treated respectively with low and high dose of RJPE. The immunosuppressive mice model was con- structed by intraperitoneal injection with 100 mg/kg BW cyclophosphamide(Cy) for three times, then RJPE was given by intragastric administration for 14 days and the number of white blood cell and spleen lymphocyte proliferation and NK cell activity were observed. In vitro study the concentration of IL-2 was assayed by ELISA. The results showed that 100 and 200 mg/kg RJPE might significantly increase the number of white blood cell(P〈0.01), and promote T and B lymphocyte proliferation(P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01), 200 mg/kg RJPE might significantly increase NK cell activities (P%0.01) in immunosuppressed mice. 20-60μg/mL RJPE promote the concentration of IL-2 in vitro. The results of this study may sug- gest that RJPE can enhance immune function in immunosuppressed model mice.
