摘要
对辐照技术的原理、优点及其在食品贮藏加工方面的研究现状作了概述,比较了60 Co γ射线与电子束辐照的异同点,并对其今后的发展提出了建议。
Summarized the irradiation technology principle and advantages and the research status in food storage and processing. Compared the differences between 60oγ rays and electron beam irradiation, and put forward corresponding suggestion for its future development.
