摘要
通过对江西11个设区市毛竹主产区出土春笋的主要营养成分进行测试分析,结果发现:赣北地区的竹笋营养品质处于劣势地位;海拔对于营养成分的影响总体表现为以500 m为分界线,500 m以上明显优于500 m以下区域,但分界线两边的区域分异性不大;东坡和纯林有利于促进毛竹笋各营养成分的积累。
The major nutritional components of Moso bamboo shoots from 11 districts of Jiangxi province ware analyzed. The results showed that the nutritional quality of Moso bamboo shoots in North Jiangxi was relatively poor. The elevation of 500 meters is a demarcation line, the nutrients contents of Moso bamboo shoots from forests above 500 m a. s. l. is higher than that from stands below 500 meters. Growth in east slope and pure forest might be advantageous to the accumulation of nutrients of bamboo shoots.
