摘要
目的扩大社会对健康体检的认识和重视,增加来院体检的人数、规范医院健康体检流程,煅炼一批健康体检医护人员,提升医院知名度。方法通过对人性化服务对健康体检的意义阐述,引出人性化服务的具体表现,从而提出体检环境的人性化改善。结果在最近12年来,我们医院经过不断的改善和创新,在人体健康体检中运用了许多人性化的服务,并渗透到每一个环节中,不仅用来提高体检者需求的满意度,也取得满意效果。结论人性化服务的实施会促进来医院就诊和住院病人的人数越来越多。
Objective To increase the knowledge of the public about physical examination, attract more people to undergo physical examination in the hospital, normalize the process of physical examination, train medical staff for physical examination, and improve the reputation of hospital. Methods The significance of people-oriented service for physical examination was presented, so as to introduce the embodiment of people-oriented service and propose people-oriented trend in the environment of physical examination. Results In recent 12 years, many people-oriented services have been provided during physical examination in our hospital, and the services have been incorporated into every part of physical examination to improve the satisfaction of the people who undergo physical examination and achieve desirable effects. Conclusion People-oriented service can attract more and more patients, both outpatients and inpatients, to the hospital and accelerate the development of hospital.
