美托洛尔治疗慢性阻塞性肺部疾病合并心血管疾病的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的讨论美托洛尔在慢性阻塞性肺部疾病合并心血管的疗效。方法将100名COPD合并CVD患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统治疗方法,观察组在此基础上使用美托洛尔治疗。评价2组治疗前后血压、心率、心功能改善情况,以判断不同治疗方法的治疗效果。结果 2组患者心率、收缩压、舒张压在治疗前后均有显著差异(P<0.05)。其中,观察组心率、舒张压、收缩压改善情况较对照组明显(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗前后血氧饱和度无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组显效、有效、死亡例数分别为18、28和1例,有效率92%,死亡率2%,与对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。二组在无效例数上无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论美托洛尔治疗COPD合并CVD具有较好的疗效,是临床中值得运用的可靠选择。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of metoprolol in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with cardiovascular disease (CVD). Methods A total of 100 patients with COPD with CVD were divided into observation group and control group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group received metoprolol in addition to the conventional treatment. The blood pressure, heart rate, and cardiac function were monitored to assess the therapeutic efficacy. Results After treatment, both groups showed significant improvement in heart rate, systolic pressure, and diastolic pressure (P 〈 0.05); the observation group had significantly more improvement in the three indices compared with the control group (P〈0.05). The treatment led to no significant improvement in blood oxygen saturation in both groups (P〉0.05). Of the patients in observation group, 18 showed a marked response, 28 showed a response, and 1 died, with a response rate of 92% and a fatality rate of 2%, demonstrating significant difference compared with the control group (P〈O.05). There was no significant difference in the number of cases without a response between the two groups (P〉 0.05). Conclusion Metoprolol has good therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of COPD with CVD and is a reliable therapy in clinical practice.
