高血压患者服药依从性的分析及护理干预对策

Analysis of medication compliance in hypertension patients and related nursing intervention

目的通过对高血压患者服药治疗依从性的调查,给予正确的护理干预,提高高血压患者服药的依从性。方法对我科2008年12月至2012年4月住院已确诊的680例原发性高血压患者服药情况进行调查,对服药依从性进行分析。结果服药依从性佳者328例,依从率48.24%,影响服药依从性的因素有性别、年龄、文化程度、家庭经济、亲友病史、高血压常识、药物不良反应、药费贵等因素。结论高血压患者坚持服药的影响因素多种多样,针对服药率的影响因素并给予正确的护理干预。

Objective To investigate the medication compliance in hypertension patients and to provide proper nursing intervention for improving the medication compliance. Methods Investigation for medication situation was conducted in 680 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of primary hypertension who were hospitalized in our hospital from December 2008 to April 2012; also, questionnaire, survey was conducted during outpatient follow-up. The medication compliance was analyzed. Results Of all the patients, 328 （48.24%） showed good medication compliance. The influential factors for medication compliance included sex, age, degree of education, family income, medical history of relatives and friends, general knowledge about hypertension, adverse effects of medication, and high expenses for medication. Conclusion There are various influential factors for the medication compliance in hypertension patients. Proper nursing intervention should be provided according to these influential factors.
