球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折的疗效 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2011年1月-12月球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折41例的相关临床资料。结果本组患者的手术均顺利完成,术后未出现骨水泥渗漏,血管及神经损伤的现象。本组患者的VAS评分结果为:术前为(8.5±0.6)分,术后48h为(2.6±0.8)分;本组患者术前、术后的平均椎体前缘高度分别为(17.9±3.2)mm、(21.3±2.8)mm,中线高度分别为(14.6±2.3)mm、(19.8±1.7)mm;本组患者的活动能力评分结果为:术前(2.5±0.7)分,术后为(1.5±0.3)分。由此可见,本组患者的手术治疗效果理想。结论在老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折患者的临床治疗中,应用球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术的疗效较为理想,可以明显缓解患者的疼痛感,并且利于椎体高度与形态的恢复,患者术后出现严重并发症的几率较小,值得进一步推广和应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of balloon kyphoplasty in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture due to senile osteoporosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data on 41 patients with vertebral compression fracture due to senile osteoporosis who received balloon kyphoplasty in our hospital during January to December 2011. Results The operation was successfully completed in all patients, without postoperative bone cement leakage and vascular and neural injury. In these patients, the VAS scores were 8.5±0.6 before operation and 2.6±0.8 at 48 h after operation; the mean anterior vertebral heights were 17.9±3.2 mm before operation and 21.3±2.8 mm after operation; the mean midline vertebral heights were 14.6±2.3 mm before operation and 19.8±1.7 mm after operation; the activity ability scores were 2.5±0.7 before operation and 1.5±0.3 after operation. Therefore, desirable treatment outcome was achieved in all patients. Conclusion Balloon kyphoplasty can achieve good clinical efficacy in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture due to senile osteoporosis. Balloon kyphoplasty can relieve pain, promote restoration of vertebral height and shape, and reduce severe complications after operation, and shows promise for clinical application.
