急性化脓性骨髓炎术后观察及护理

Postoperative observation and nursing in acute pyogenic osteomyelitis

目的浅析急性化脓性骨髓炎的术后观察与护理。方法选取我院从2008年6月至2012年6月骨科住院的150例急性化脓性骨髓炎患者,采取切开引流置管冲洗方法治疗和护理,将引流管与中心负压吸引器相连,采用及时倾倒引流液和使用抗生素,避免发生逆行感染。结果所有患者采用置管吸引之后均顺利完成了闭式引流冲洗。结论急性化脓性骨髓炎手术后进行切开引流置管冲洗治疗的同时,采用抗生素加入生理盐水中冲洗切口,使抗生素以药流形式直接作用于病灶,可杀灭细菌,并利于血凝块或脓液的稀释及排出。

Objective To analyze the postoperative observation and nursing in acute pyogenic osteomyelitis. Methods A total of 150 patients with acute pyogenic osteomyelitis who were admitted to the department of orthopedics in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2012 were enrolled in the analysis. Treatment and nursing were performed by incision and drainage as well as placement of drainage tube and flushing. The drainage tube was connected to a central negative pressure aspirator; the drained fluid was dumped in time, and antibiotics were used, so as to prevent retrograde infection. Results All the patients completed the closed drainage and flushing after tube placement and aspiration. Conclusion Antibiotics dissolved in saline should be used to flush the wound, kill the bacteria, and dilute and discharge blood clots and pus while performing incision and drainage as well as placement of drainage tube and flushing in postoperative patients with acute pyogenic osteomyelitis.
