企业商业模式的内涵及创新途径 被引量:4

摘要 商业模式是一个企业的根本,已成为讨论的热点并且吸引了学术界和实业界的大量评论和不同观点。本文借鉴相关文献深入探讨企业商业模式的内涵,并提出企业商业模式创新的途径包括重新定义产品/服务推动商业模式创新、企业构建新的收入方式推动商业模式创新和挑选合适的价值活动执行者推动商业模式创新,从而有助于企业家更好地理解和创新商业模式。
