摘要
本文介绍了一种基于Labview软件的汽车空调圆盘寿命检测方法，该方法分别从温度、扭矩和压力三个物理指标对空调圆盘的寿命进行了试验和检测，利用单片机结合传感器进行数据采集，通过RS232串口与PC进行信息传送，最后利用Labview软件对数据进行处理和分析．实现了对汽车空调圆盘耐久性的试验检测．
This paper introduced a kind of life test method for ear air conditioning disk,which was based on Labview software, the life of air conditioning disk was tested and inspected respectively from the temperature, torque and pressure three physical index, combined with single chip microcomputer and sensors to realize data acquisition, through RS232 serial port and PC to transmit information, finally ,used Labview software for data processing and analysis, and realized the durability test for ear air conditioning disc.
