应用二氧化氯气体进行医院空气消毒的效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究二氧化氯气体对空气动态消毒效果。方法选择门急诊科2间相同面积、设施的输液室,随机将其中急诊科输液室作为试验组,门诊输液室作为对照组。实验组和对照组每日自然通风2次,各开窗通风30分钟。在此基础上实验组用二氧化氯空气消毒机(爱普克环保科技公司生产),采用APKS空气消毒机及配套"典克"牌二氧化氯专用消毒剂,以0.9 mg/m^3浓度的二氧化氯气体,每日消毒1小时,对照组每日用紫外线洒管消毒1小时。分别于不同消毒时间进行空气采样比较。结果实验组消毒后空气培养不同时间段菌落单位显著低于对照组,经统计学分析,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论二氧化氯气体进行室内空气消毒是切实可行的,消毒效果切实,为医院及公共场所选择更为有效的室内空气消毒设备提供资料,为在空气消毒方面的应用提供了一个新途径,具有实际应用价值及推广意义。 OBJECTIVE Study the dynamic effect of Chlorine dioxide in air disinfector. METHODS Two transfusion room of the emergency department with the same area and facilities were ehoosed, regard the transfusion room in the emergency department as the experimental group and the transfusion room in the clinic as the contrast group. Both the groups were natural ventilation twice daily and 30 minutes per ventilation. Based on this condition, the chlorine dioxide air-disinfecting machine were used in the experimental group, APKS air-disinfecting machine and assorted chlorine dioxide sterilant with the dose 0.9 mg/m3 were used to disinfect the air, ance daily and lhour every time, the ultraviolet were used in the contrast group once daily. Contrast the result of air sampling of both groups at different period of time. RESULT The colony unit of the experimental group obviously lower than the contrast group, iUs showed significant difference between the experimental and the control group(P〈0.01). CONCLUSION The chlorine dioxide used in the indoor air-disinfect were practical and effective, provide a new method of indoor air-disinfect in hospital and public places, it's valuable and be worth popularized.
