摘要
本文叙述了一种新型高灵敏度线阵MOS图像传感器的工作原理及设计考虑。着重分析了影响器件固定图形噪声的因素及其消除方法。设计了一种高速低功耗扫描电路。最后,讨论了器件制作工艺并给出器件主要参数的测试结果。
The paper describes the principle of operation and design considera- tions of a new type high sensitivity linear array MOS image sensor,but the emphasis will be placed on analysis on the factors affecting the fixed pattern noise of the device and on its elimination as well.A high speed,low power dissipation scanning circuit is designed.The fabrication technology is described and measured parameters are given.
