摘要
这是一个用可编程控制器(PLC)来控制三相交流异步电动机进行正反转Y-△降压起动的教学实例。从控制要求出发,详细地介绍了I/O分配接线图、电动机主电路图、PLC程序设计的原理及梯形图逻辑测试等内容。通过这个教学实例,学生不仅能了解到怎样用PLC程序来满足用户所提出的控制要求,还能自己动手用仿真软件所具有的梯形图逻辑测试功能来对自己所设计的程序进行梯形图逻辑测试(仿真)。在通过了测试以后,学生还能根据I/O分配接线图和电动机主电路图,练习实际的接线和调试。
This is a teaching example that programmable logic controller(PLC) controls the three-phase AC asynchronous motor to make positive inversion Y-△ reduced-voltage starting.According to the control requirements,we introduce I/O distribution wiring diagram,motor's main circuit diagram,PLC programming principle and ladder logic test.With this example,students can not only learn how to make PLC program satisfy users' control requirements,but also use simulation software with the ladder logic test function to test the program.After the test has been finished,students can also practice to connect wiring and debug by using the I/O distribution wiring diagram and the motor's main circuit diagram.
