摘要
目的:研制一种在三叉神经痛射频治疗中,辅助卵圆孔穿刺的定位装置。方法:定位仪由U型尺、顶杆、调节螺丝、角度转盘、穿刺尺等组成。旋转定位仪上的调节螺丝可以使顶杆左右移动,以此将定位仪固定于患者双侧颞骨关节结节表面的皮肤上。通过顶杆上的刻度换算出角度转盘的左右位置和需要旋转的角度。穿刺时利用角度转盘上的穿刺尺控制进针的方向和深度。结果:利用定位仪穿刺成功率为75%,远高于徒手穿刺40%的成功率。结论:该定位仪可以提供较好的辅助定位,增加了卵圆孔穿刺的成功率。
Objective To develop a locater for foramen ovale puncturing in the radio frequency treatment for Trigeminal neuralgia. Methods The locater consisted of U feet, plunger, adjusting screw, angle turntable and puncture feet, etc. Spinning on the adjusting screw of the locater could make the plunger moving around, which fixed the locater on the skin of bateral temporal bone joint nodules. The position and angle of the angle turntable were conversed through the scale of the top bar. The puncture feet were used to control the direction and depth. Results The success rate of puncturing with locater was 75%, which was far higher than that of unarmed puncturing (40%). Conclusion The locater ean improve the success rate of foramen ovale puncturing.
