一种自适应型压迫止血器的研制

摘要 目的:研制一种自适应型压迫止血器。方法:该自适应型压迫止血器由基座、固定装置和压板组件(包括止血压板和撑杆)构成,撑杆螺纹穿过基座,通过球形铰链与止血压板铰接。2个压板分别为透明结构、设有各自的压迫驱动杆,可分别进行操作,能够适应于人体止血部位的表面结构,实现有针对性的止血操作。结果:该自适应型压迫止血器使用时不需要辅助材料,患者行动相对灵活,能够针对不同体型、体表形态患者进行个体化压迫止血。结论:该压迫止血器使用安全、简单方便,适用于多种医疗环境。 Objective To develop a self-adaptive pressure hemostat. Methods The hemostat consisted of the base, fixation mechanism and pressure plate components including the pressure plate and strut. The screw thread across the base was jointed with the pressure plate through a spherical hinge. The two pressure plates, being transparent, had their respective driving rods, and could realize specific homeostasis.Results The hemostat, without the need for auxiliary materials, could be used for individualized pressure homeostasis for different types of patients. Conclusion The pressure hemostat, being safe and simple, adapts itself to many medical environments.
