摘要
研究了"十一五"以来国家医药卫生体制改革方案和全国疾控体系建设与发展对信息资源管理和信息技术支持的需求,分析了天津市疾控机构信息化建设的现状、新形势下疾控机构信息化建设面临的问题和主要任务,提出了疾控机构加快实现国家医改信息化任务的建设思路。
The requirements for the information resources management and information technical support of national reform program of medical and health system since the eleventh five-year plan are discussed. Some innovative ideas are put forward for the disease control institutions to accelerate the realization of national medical information goal by analyzing the current situation of the information construction, along with the main problems and tasks of informatization under the new situation in Tianjin CDC.
