Thoughts on the Protection and Social Development of Guizhou Rural Cultural Heritage in the “Empty Village” Situation

乡村物质与非物质文化遗产是传统农耕文明的产物,贵州面临工业化、城镇化加快发展、青壮年离乡离土的文化"空村化"现象。文化遗产的保护,要超脱传统文物保护的静态思维,与乡村社会的整体发展相结合,着力解决文化遗产地的生计、脱贫与经济社会和谐发展问题,把文化遗产的审美价值、文化价值、经济价值,变成原住民脱贫致富的资本和建设幸福生活的资源。

Rural material and non - material cultural heritage is the product of the traditional farming civilization. Guizhou is involved in the situation of ＂ empty village＂ characterized by industrialization, acceleration of urbaniza- tion, and young people~ leaving their hometown and farmlands. The protection of cultural heritage should transcend the static thinking of traditional cultural relics protection to be combined with overall development of the rural society to solve the livelihood of cultural heritage, and the harmonious development of shaking off poverty and economic soci- ety, and should convert the aesthetic value, cultural value, economic value of cultural heritage to the capital and re- source for the construction of happy life.
