摘要
《喜福会》是华裔作家谭恩美的处女作,作品以两代四对母女为主线,描写了东西文化差异下的母女之间不断地产生冲突与矛盾,彼此都想用自己的文化视觉来感染对方、改变对方,可是矛盾却越积越深。通过分析"女儿"这个充满文化冲突的矛盾体,以及她们在文化交融过程中对中国传统文化的排斥到理解到融合的过程来解释"女儿们"对身份转变的认同和对祖国文化的认同。
Joy Luck Club, the maiden work by Chinese American writer Amy Tan, with the main clue of the two generations, four pairs of mothers and daughters, describes the difference between the cultures of the East and the West in which conflict and contradiction occur constantly among mothers and daughters. They try to influence and change the other side with their own culture perspectives, only to find their contradiction accumulates. With the de- tailed analysis of "daughters", the paradox full of culture conflicts and their rejection, understanding and integration of Chinese traditional culture, the work presents "daughters'' recognition of the change in identity and their mother land.
