本文在论述了世界农业发展的三个阶段和现代农业科学技术特点及其对农业人才素质要求的基础上 ,提出了高等农业教育应当处理好专与博关系、网络与教师关系、外在知识系统性与内在思维创造性关系 ,指出了在学校管理中 ,应当逐步克服传统垂直管理体系的弊端 。

Based on the analysis of the three stages of the world agriculture and features of modern agricultural science and technology and requirement for agricutural talents quality, the article pointed out that higher agricultural education should balance the relationship between specialization and generalization, between network education and face to face education,between external knowledge system and internal creativity.
