Study on the Effects of Higher Education Charge System on its Equal Opportunity

世界高等教育的发展实践证明 ,实行收费制度是发展高等教育的必由之路。然而 ,收费制度下的高等教育同时必将面临就学的公正、公平性问题。本文分析了收费制度下的高等教育在教育机会均等方面可能引起的困难和矛盾 。

The practice of the world higher education has proved that the charge system is necessary to develop the higher education. But the higher education under charge system has been confronted with the problem of equal opportunity of being educated for individuals. This paper analyses the effects of charge system on the educational opportunity, and puts forward the concrete solutions to these problems that the effects bring about.
