摘要
研究了斜角光纤切割技术和方法,制作出符合使用要求的耦合器件,分析了斜角光纤与器件耦合能降低量子噪声的原因。
Cutting technique for optical fiber is investigated with which coupling devices are successfully fabricated which meet the requirements of practical use.Cause for the ability for reduction of quantum noise by coup- ling optical fiber to the device is analysed.
