摘要
选择79例肥胖和64名正常体重儿童,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清载脂蛋白A5(ApoA5)和瘦素水平,放射免疫分析法(RIA)检测空腹胰岛素(FINS),采集身高、体重、腰围、血压、血脂、血糖等临床资料,计算稳态模型评估的胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA.IR)。结果显示,肥胖组儿童瘦素、FINS水平均明显高于对照组[19.15(13.01~25.08)ng/ml对3.29(1.45~6.02)ng/ml和15.44(12.05—20.26)μg/L对10.12(8.60—12.60)μg/L,均P〈0.01],ApoA5水平则低于对照组[134.5(105.9—172.7)ng/ml对205.9(164.3。265.3)ng/ml,P〈0.01]。相关性分析显示儿童血清ApoA5与瘦素、FINS呈显著负相关性(均P〈0.01)。
Totally 79 obese children and 64 children with normal body weight were included in the present study. Serum apolipoprotein A5 ( ApoA5 ) and leptin levels were determined by ELISA and fasting insulin by RIA. The clinical data including height, body weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, blood lipid, blood glucose, etc, were collected. Homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) was calculated. The resuhs showed that compared with normal weight children, both serum leptin and insulin levels were significantly raised in obese children [ 19.15 ( 13.01 - 25.08 ) ng/ml vs 3.29 ( 1.45 - 6.02 ) ng/ml and 15.44 ( 12.05 - 20.26 ) pLg/L vs 10. 12 ( 8.60 - 12.60 )μg/L, both P〈0.01 ] , while ApoA5 level was significantly lowered [ 134.5 ( 105.9 - 172.7 ) ng/ml vs 205.9 ( 164.3 -265.3 ) ng/ml, P〈0.01 ]. Serum ApoA5 was negatively correlated with serum leptin and insulin ( both P〈0.01 ).
