近年来，随着新军事变革的迅猛兴起和战争样式的深刻变化，如何提高与保障军人在日益信息化的作战环境、数字化的作战模式、高技术化的武器系统中的军事作业能力，已成为军队现代化建设面临的崭新挑战。军用密闭舱室是未来战争中最主要的作业场所和作战环境。军用密闭舱室内往往存在着多种有害因素的联合污染、这些有害因素的单独或者联合作用，不仅会影响舱室乘员的军事作业能力，长期慢性暴露还有可能引发疾病。因此，开展军用密闭舱事作业环境评估及健康效应研究，对维护和提高军事作业能力、保障指战员健康具有重要意义，、

Military sealed cabin is one of the most impoxlant work places and combat environments in future wars. Especially in army sealed cabins exist numerous harmful factors, and the condition is much worse than any other common operation cabins. The separate or combined effects of those harmfid factors not only affect combat capacity of tank crews, but also cause lots of diseases and even threaten their lives. How to evalu- ate and protect our crews from these harmful factors is a new challenge faced by the army of each country. This article provides an overview of hazard assessment and health effect of operation environment in sealed cabins of our and foreign armies as well as the future research trends in this field.
