1H—MRS和DTI在脑胶质瘤中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 脑胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,磁共振波谱(MRS)和磁共振扩散张量成像(DTI)检查可以获得肿瘤更进一步的功能代谢变化、肿瘤与其周边纤维束三维空间关系的相关信息,有助于胶质瘤定性诊断、术中导航、放射治疗、评价疗效及监测治疗后反应等。
