不同类型义齿清洁剂对基托树脂表面白色念珠菌抑菌效果观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的:不同类型义齿清洁剂对粘附在热凝基托树脂表面的白色念珠菌的抑制效果观察。方法:同样规格的热凝基托树脂试件浸泡于同一浓度白色念珠菌菌液中,按使用说明分别浸泡在Polident、Steradent清洁片配成的溶液、0.5%次氯酸钠溶液(阳性对照组)和蒸馏水(阴性对照组)中,将处理后试件上粘附的白色念珠菌培养后用分光光度计测定吸光度,比较不同处理方法对白色念珠菌的清除率。结果:0.5%次氯酸钠(0.04040±0.004742)优于Polident(0.06990±0.005990)优于Steradent(0.12390±0.005724)优于蒸馏水(1.21790±0.009585)。结论:Polident、Steradent对热凝基托树脂表面白色念珠菌均有明显的抑菌效果,但效果均不如阳性对照组。 Objective: To evaluate the capacity of different types denture cleansers on reducing the Candida albicans which were adhesion in the heat-cured acrylic resin surface. Methods: Specimens, which had the same specifications made by heat-cured acrylic resin, were soaked in the same concentration of Candida albicans bacteria. Then specimen were randomly distributed into the 4 groups and soaked in Polident, Steradent according to the manufactures' instructions and 0.5% sodium hypochlorite solution(positive control group) , double distilled water(negative control group) . After treated, the Candida albicans , which were adhesion of the specimen, were cultured. The absorbance was measured with a spectrophotometer, in order to compare different denture cleaners clearance of Candida albicans. Results: 0. 5% sodium hypochlorite (0. 04040 ± 0. 004742) was superior to Polident (0. 06990±0. 005990), Steradent (0. 12390±0. 005724), and double distilled water (1. 21790±0. 009585). Conclusion: Both Polident and Steradent had the effect of inhibitory Candida albicans from the heat-cured acrylic resin surface, but not as good as the positive control group.
