确立适合中医恶性肿瘤自身发展的疗效评价体系势在必行,并提出构建中医恶性肿瘤疗效评价体系的思路和其中存在的问题。应该在循证医学科学研究方法的指导下,建立一个规范化、标准化的综合中医肿瘤临床疗效评价体系,选择性纳入多重考量指标,同时重视生存质量及证候等反映中医特色的评价指标,最大程度提高临床疗效评价的全面性、准确性,提升研究结论的真实性、客观性,展现中医治疗恶性肿瘤的特色和优势。

It is imperative to establish the efficacy evaluation system of Chinese medicine for the development of ontology. So we put forward the ideas and the related problems about efficacy evaluation system of malignant tumors treated with Chinese medicine.Under the guidance of evidence-based medicine, we should establish a standardized and comprehensive efficacy ewduation system, considering a variety of evaluation indexes. Especially more attention should be paid to quality of life and syndrome which could better reflect characteristies and advantages of Chinese medicine. The main purpose is to maximize the comprehensiveness and accuracy of clinical efficacy evaluation, and to enhance the authenticity and objectivity of clinical study.
