对非甾体消炎药延缓强直性脊柱炎结构破坏的再认识 被引量：7

摘要 强直性脊柱炎（AS）是一种主要累及脊柱和骶髂关节的慢性进行性炎性疾病，骶髂关节、脊柱骨突关节和椎间盘间隙的骨性融合是该病的特征性病理改变。如未能进行正确的治疗与合理的功能锻炼，许多患者在青年时期就会出现脊柱畸形或功能受限，严重影响其生活质量。因此，AS治疗的一个重要目的是防止脊柱结构损伤的进展、延缓或阻止脊柱融合。
