摘要
目的探讨转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)、p-Smad 2/3蛋白在新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌组织和癌旁正常黏膜组织中的表达及意义。方法选取96例食管鳞癌石蜡组织及46例癌旁石蜡组织制成组织芯片,采用免疫组化EnVision两步法检测TGF-β1、p-Smad 2/3的表达。结果 TGF-β1和p-Smad 2/3蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中阳性率分别为89.6%(86/96)、80.2%(77/96),与癌旁组织阳性率47.8%(22/46)、50.0%(23/46)相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤分化程度、有无淋巴结转移及临床分期无相关性(P>0.05);食管鳞癌组织中TGF-β1、p-Smad 2/3的表达呈正相关,差异均有统计学意义(r=0.344,P<0.05)。结论 TGF-β1及p-Smad 2/3可能在新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌的发生中起重要作用。
Purpose To investigate the expression and significance of TGF-β1 and p-Smad 2/3 protein in Kazak' s esophageal squa- mous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of TGF-β1 and p-Smad 2/3 were examined by immunohistochemistry using tissue mi- croarray in ninety-six formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and forty-six non-cancerous adja- cent tissue. Results The positive expression rates of TGF-β1 and p-Smad 2/3 in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and non-cancerous adjacent tissuein cases was 89.6% (86/96) , 80. 2% (77/96), 47.8% (22/46), 50. 0% (23/46) respectively. There were significantly different (P 〈 0. 001 ). TGF-β1 and p-Smad 2/3 expression was not correlated with clinicopathologieal charac- teristics (P 〉 0. 05 ). In esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, the expression of TGF-β1 had a positive correlation with p-Smad 2/3 ( r = 0. 344, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions TGF-β1 and p-Smad 2/3 may play an important role in the XinJiang Kazakh esophageal squa- mous cell carcinoma.
