涎腺腺样囊性癌中Cyclin D1、MMP-7和PRB2/p130表达及意义 被引量:5

Expressions and the clinical significances of Cyclin D1,MMP-7 and PRB2/p130 in adenoid cystic carcinoma of salivary gland

摘要 目的探讨Cyclin D1、MMP-7和PRB2/p130蛋白在涎腺腺样囊性癌组织中的表达及与涎腺腺样囊性癌生物学行为的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测46例涎腺腺样囊性癌和30例正常涎腺组织中Cyclin D1、MMP-7和PRB2/p130蛋白的表达。结果 Cyclin D1、MMP-7和PRB2/p130在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的阳性率分别为71.74%、67.39%、63.04%;Cyclin D1和PRB2/p130蛋白在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达与病理类型有关(P<0.05),MMP-7在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达与病理类型无关(P>0.05);Cyclin D1、MMP-7和PRB2/p130蛋白在涎腺腺样囊性癌复发组中的阳性率与无复发组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05);Cyclin D1与PRB2/p130在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达呈负相关,与MMP-7表达呈正相关。结论 Cyclin D1、MMP-7和PRB2/p130蛋白的异常表达在涎腺腺样囊性癌发生、发展和复发中起重要作用,联合检测多个指标可能对患者预后的判断有指导意义。 Purpose To investigate the expression of Cyclin D1, MMP-7 and PRB2/pl30 in adenoid cystic carcinoma of salivary gland and their correlation with the biological behavior. Methods The protein expressions of Cyclin D1, MMP-7 and PRB2/pl30 in 46 ca- ses of adenoid cystic carcinoma and 30 cases of normal salivary gland were detected with SP immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rate of Cyclin D1, MMP-7 and PRB2/pl30 was 71.74% , 67.39% and 63.04% respectively. The expression of Cyclin D1 and PRB2/pl30 protein were related to pathologic classification ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of MMP-7 was not related to patholog- ic classification (P 〉 O. 05 ). There was a significant difference in the Cyclin D1, MMP-7 and PRB2/pl30 expression rate between with and without recurrence groups (P 〈 0. 05 ). There were significant negative correlations between Cyclin D1 and PRB2/pl30 protein ex- pression. There were significant positive correlations between Cyclin D1 and MMP-7 protein expression. Conclusion The abnormal expression of Cyclin D1, MMP-7 and PRB2/pl30 protein have the important role in the development and recurrence of adenoid cystic carcinoma of salivary gland. The combined detection of muhiple biomarkers may be useful for determining the prognosis of patients.
