肿瘤中C／EBPα基因的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 C/EBPα是转录因子C/EBP家族的重要成员,具有促进细胞分化、抑制组织细胞增殖的功能。最近的研究表明,在一些类型的肿瘤中C/EBPα作为抑癌基因而导致细胞分化紊乱和细胞周期停滞。该文对C/EBPα基因在肿瘤组织中的作用及研究进展作一综述。
