摘要
患者女性，48岁。因“阑尾脓肿”入院，入院后行CT检苣发现左侧肾占位。体检：双侧肾区平坦、对称，未见异常隆匿，平卧位检查双侧肾下极未触及，无压痛，双侧肾区无明显lH击痛，未闻及血管杂音，双输尿管径路无压痛，全身浅表淋三结未触及。
