摘要
目的:初步评价新型纳米SiC无纺布的生物安全性,为其后期应用于口腔复合材料的研发提供相关生物学依据。方法:采用口腔黏膜刺激试验、急性全身毒性试验和溶血试验对新型纳米SiC无纺布进行生物安全性评价。结果:新型纳米SiC无纺布对实验家兔的口腔黏膜没有刺激性,对实验小鼠无急性全身毒性,溶血率为0.47%,符合医用要求,不会引起溶血现象。结论:新型纳米SiC无纺布显示了良好的生物相容性,为进一步开发口腔复合材料的应用提供了生物安全性依据。
Objective:to evaluate the biological security of the new nano-SiC fiber cloth for the development of dental composite material.Method:three tests were designed and carried out to assess the nano-SiC fiber cloth,including oral mucous membrane irritation test,urgent systemic toxicity test,hemolytic test.Result:there was not stimulation effect of oral mucosal membrane observed on rabbits,no urgent systemic toxicity effect reflected on rats,the hemolysis index was 0.47 %,no hemolytic effect.Conclusion:the new nano-SiC fiber cloth material exhibited satisfactory biological safety for clinical trial.
