血液病患儿化疗期间或干细胞移植前牙体牙髓治疗的体会

The treatment and analysis of dental desease during chemotherapy and prior to stem cell transplantation in children with hematologic malignancies

目的:探讨血液病患儿牙体牙髓病治疗的时机和可行性。方法:对22例在血液科住院的化疗期间或造血干细胞移植前,白细胞记数位于0.5×109/L～3.0×109/L之间的重症血液病患儿的龋齿,牙髓炎,根尖周炎的牙齿进行保存治疗,记录治疗前,治疗中,治疗后的牙齿及全身情况,进行分析总结。结果:22名患儿保存治疗牙齿共52颗,其中浅龋、中龋16颗,深龋14颗,慢性牙髓炎8颗,根尖周炎14颗。经过治疗的牙齿,治疗中和治疗后均未出现明显疼痛和炎症反应,牙齿治疗过程顺利,患儿在治疗期间除有用化疗药物后延长复诊时间外,均未出现全身不适症状。结论:对于血液病患儿在不发热,白细胞记数>0.5×109/L,全身没有明显不适的情况下,进行牙体牙髓治疗是安全的,而且也是非常必要的。

Objective：Evaluate the safe of dental treatment in pediatric patientswith leukemia.Method：The study population included 22 pediatric inpatients with hematologic malignancies to be scheduled dental treatment during intensive chemotherapy or prior to hemopoietic stem cell implantation under the condition ofneutrophil counts ranging from 0.5×109/L to 3.0×109/L.Analysis the systemic and local reflections,pain,fever and other complications.Result：Of the 22 patients,dental treatments were performed successfully,all the 52 teeth were cured successfully.Conclusion：For children with hematologic malignancies,the treatment of teeth is safe while the white blood cell count over 0.5×109/L.
