三阴性乳腺癌临床病理特点及预后因素分析

Clinicopthological features and prognostic factors in triple negative breast cancer

目的:分析三阴性乳腺癌的临床病理特征和预后影响因素。方法:选取219例具有完整随访结果的浸润性乳腺癌病例,按ER、PR、HER-2表达情况分为三阴性亚群和非三阴性亚群。结果:三阴性亚群中髓样癌及组织学分级3级者所占比例显著高于非三阴性亚群,随访期间,两组患者的复发转移率、无病生存率及总生存率无显著差异。生存分析提示淋巴结状态是三阴性亚群预后的独立影响因素。结论:三阴性乳腺癌的组织学分级高于非三阴性乳腺癌,淋巴结转移状态是三阴性亚群预后的独立影响因素。

Objective ：To investigate the clinieopathological ieatures and prognostic tactors m patmnts wire mpm negative breast cancer. Methods ：Total of 219 cases with complete follow -up data were categorized into triple nega- tive breast cancer（TNBC） and non -triple negative breast cancer（ non -TNBC）. Results： In this cohort,69 patients were TNBC. The rates of medullary carcinoma and pathological grade m in TNBC were higher than in those of the non - TNBC. During the follow - up period, no significant differences in prognosis were found between these two subgroups. By univariate and multivariate survival analysis, node status was demonstrated as the independent prognostic factors for TNBC. Conclusion：Patients with TNBC showed higher pathological grade, and node status was demonstrated as the independent prognostic factor for TNBC.
