β-catenin、Axin及C-myc在肺硬化性血管瘤两种细胞中表达的差异 被引量:1

摘要 目的:检测肺硬化性血管瘤(pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma,PSH)中β-catenin、Axin及C-myc的表达情况,探讨PSH的肿瘤性质及肿瘤中立方细胞和多角形细胞的分化水平。方法:采用SP免疫组织化学方法检测β-catenin、Axin及C-myc在52例PSH两种细胞中的表达情况。结果:52例PSH中,立方细胞均显示β-catenin连续的细胞膜强阳性表达,而多角形细胞显示β-catenin细胞膜表达减弱或缺失并伴有不同程度细胞浆表达;Axin在立方细胞中表达阳性率92.3%(48/52)显著高于其在多角形细胞中表达阳性率25.0%(13/52,P<0.05);C-myc在立方细胞表达阳性率23.1%(12/52)显著低于其在多角形细胞中表达阳性率82.7%(43/52,P<0.05)。结论:β-catenin、Axin及C-myc在PSH两种细胞中的表达具有显著性差异,两种细胞可能处于不同的分化阶段;C-myc在多角形细胞中高水平表达提示其可能具有较高的增殖活性。 Objective:To investigate the nature of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma (PSH) and the differentiation stage of the cuboidal cells and polygonal ceils of the tumor. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of β - catenin, Axin and C - myc in 52 cases of PSH. Results: Of the 52 PSH cases, the cuboidal cells showed continuous membrane strong expression of β -catenin,while it was predominantly expressed in the cytoplasm and significantly decreased on cell membrane. The positive expression rate of Axin in cuboidal cells was 92.3% (48/ 52) ,which was significantly higher than that in polygonal ceils 25.0% (13/52 ,P 〈 0.05 ). However, the expression of C - myc in cuboidal cells (23.1%, 12/52) was significantly lower than that in polygonal cells (82.7% ,43/52, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Two cell types of PSH showed different expression pattern of [3 - catenin; Axin and C - myc, which suggest that the two cells may be in different stages of differentiation, and the polygonal cells may present a higher proliferative activity.
