前牙残根正畸牵引后修复11例的临床分析

Clinical analysis of repair of anterior tooth residual roots after orthodontic traction

目的通过正畸牵引术使前牙残根美学修复。方法 7例外伤、4例根面龋残根位于龈下患者采用正畸牵引残根后行桩冠修复。结果 11例中,有1例发生根尖周炎拔除,其余牵引出2.0～3.5 mm后行桩冠修复,效果良好,患者满意率达91%。结论残根周围骨量的增加,冠根比例与天然牙接近,有效提高了修复体与邻牙的协调性、美观性和舒适性。

Objective To carry out aesthetic restoration of anterior tooth residual roots by orthodontic traction. Methods 11 cases of residual roots were choosn ,7 with root fracture and 4 with root caries, were all beneath gingival margin, and after orthodontic traction, they were then restored with post crown. Results Of 11 cases, one was extracted due to periapical inflammation, while the others were rehabilitated with post crown after the root extractions to 2.0-3.5 mm. The treatment was effective and the patients satisfaction was achieved with the prevalence of 91%. Conclusions The method could increase the bone mass around tooth roots. The crown-root ratios were close to the natural teeth. The coordination of restoration and adjacent teeth, aesthetics and comfort were improved effectively.
