肝尾状叶的应用解剖及其手术入路的研究进展

Recent knowledge on applied anatomy and surgical approaches of caudate lobe of the liver

尾状叶解剖位置特殊,动脉供应、静脉及胆道引流复杂,手术难度大、风险高,故对其应用解剖及其手术入路的研究具有重要的临床意义。笔者在复习相关文献基础上,就此作一综述。

Due to the special anatomical position of the liver caudate lobe and its complex blood supply and venous and bile drainage, its operative approach is difficult and ris~, thus, the investigation of its applied anatomy and surgical approach has great importance. In this paper, the authors, based on the related literature review, address the issues of this concern.
