生长激素应用于肝癌治疗的研究进展

Research progresses in effect of growth hormone administration on hepatocarcinoma

生长激素在调节代谢、降低外科患者病死率方面疗效显著。然而生长激素能否安全地用于肝癌患者的治疗,仍存在争议。笔者复习相关文献,就近年关于生长激素治疗肝癌的实验与临床方面的研究进展进行综述。

Growth hormone has significant efficacy in regulating metabolism and reducing the mortality of surgical patients. However, it remains controversial whether growth hormone treatment is safe for patients with liver cancer. Based on review of the related literature, this paper summarizes the recent findings in experimental and clinical studies designed to observe the effects of growth hormone treatment on liver cancer.
