NHEJ途径修复DSB的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 一个活细胞的基因组时常受到来自内源性和外源性因素的损伤,包括活性氧和电离辐射损伤的风险。为维护基因组的完整性和预防癌症的发生,迅速和适当的修复受损DNA是必不可少的。DNA双链断裂(DSB)是最有害的DNA损伤类型,并且是由一些化疗药物、电离辐射、紫外线辐射、微束激光、重离子辐照诱导[1]。
