关于新生儿脑病治疗的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 新生儿脑病,即围生期的缺血缺氧性脑病,病因较为复杂,已普遍成为脑损伤、继发性神经性残疾的潜在因素,且一直是新生儿死亡和残疾的重要原因。随着产科新生儿护理的不断进步,其生存率及早期预后已得到改善。但是,该病导致的发育性残疾的发病率并没有显著下降[1]。而脑损伤的风险在妊娠期及分娩时均存在,且很难发现。
