摘要 绝经后骨质疏松(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)是危及老年妇女健康的一种常见病和多发病,而在近年在骨质疏松研究中发现的OPG/RANKL/RANK系统是解释骨质疏松形成机制的一个重大突破。本文对OPG/RANKL/RANK系统及其在雌激素参与下的调节作用作一综述。 Postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) is a common and frequent disease that threatens the health of elder women. Researches in recent years reveal that OPG/RANKL/RANK system is a key breakthrough in explaining the mechanism of the development of osteoporosis. This paper reviews the regulating function of OPG/RANKL/RANK system together with estrogen.
