铁介导骨代谢异常中“刺猬信号通路”可能的作用

摘要 近年来有许多研究提示:铁代谢与骨质疏松症关系密切,铁过载可能引起骨代谢异常。在铁代谢与骨代谢异常的相关机制中,许多研究认为刺猬信号通路(hedgehog信号通路,Hh信号通路)在"铁介导骨代谢异常"中起着重要作用,本文将相关研究文献进行梳理综述。 Numerous researches in recent years has shown that iron metabolism is closely related to osteoporosis. Iron overload may cause bone metabolism disorders. Among several mechanisms, Hedgehog signaling pathway (Hh signaling pathway) is believed to have an important effect on bone metabolism disorders due to iron overload. This paper reviews the related literatures.
