1,25(OH)_2D_3对6T-CEM细胞株维生素D受体表达的作用研究

摘要
除了经典的调节钙磷代谢外,1,25二羟基维生素D(1,25(OH)2D3)及其类似物还具有抗增殖、促分化、促进肿瘤凋亡等作用。本研究以人急性T淋巴细胞白血病细胞株6T-CEM为研究对象,观察1,25(OH)2D3作用前后维生素D受体(vitamin Dreceptor,VDR)mRNA和蛋白表达的变化,探讨其抗白血病的分子机制及用于白血病治疗的可行性。
