急性心肌梗死患者右胸及后壁导联心电图变化与冠状动脉造影结果的对比研究 被引量:6

摘要 急性心肌梗死是由于冠状动脉急性闭塞血流中断,使得部分心肌因严重的持久性缺血而发生的局部坏死,是心血管内科常见的急症,病情凶险,病死率高。18导联心电图检查对急性心肌梗死的诊断具有简单、快捷、方便和直观的特点,可以对病变部位进行较准确的定位,本研究旨在探讨右胸及后壁导联心电图变化在急性下壁心肌梗死患者诊治过程中的临床价值。
