心肾综合征早期诊断和治疗的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 近年来,心肾综合征的诊断和治疗受到越来越多的关注,而其早期的诊断更是热点问题。目前,心肾早期损伤标志物,如嗜中性粒细胞明胶酶相关的脂质转运载蛋白(NGAL)、肾损伤分子-1(Kim-1)、过氧化物酶(MPO)等在早期诊断中的价值得到进一步拓展;并且血红素氧化酶-1(HO-1)等新的标志物也被发现。在治疗方面,早期干预的重要性也更突出,利尿剂抵抗的处理和透析可改善治疗效果。本文就心肾综合早期的诊断和治疗进展进行综述。
