Establishment of a learning school has become a trend in the era of knowledge economy. How to construct it is the prob- lem we need to solve. This article makes analysis from the connotation of the learning school, development origin, characteristics and development countermeasures the four aspects, aiming to provide a more complete understanding of learning school for the learners and laying a certain foundation for the next step research.
